YOUR INITIAL CONTACT WITH US

The first thing we need to know are the basics of what you need. Such as will this be a business portrait, a family photo to hanging on a wall, how many will be included in the photography, children, pets, etc. Also if you are considering a home, other location or our studio for a location.

 

CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT

This may not be necessary so we'll leave it open for discussion based on the initial phone call.

 

SCHEDULING

Time is often available on Sundays throughout the year as well as days or evenings. Saturdays are limited. Holiday sessions are available. These are excellent opportunities when families get together. (Let us know as early as possible.)

 

STUDIO OR ON LOCATION

Personal business portraits are available at your business site or with employees. Families can choose your home or at our studio. Prices may vary with each assignment. On location is at a standard rate.

 

THE SESSION

Get the family together and come to the studio. Bring the grandparents and all the kids. We'll photograph what you think you want. Then at no additional charge or obligation we can do individuals, couples, just the kids and even the pet. It sure beats paying for separate sessions at different times AND it saves the photographers time as well.

 

VIEWING AND ORDERING

As the shutter clicks images may be seen immediately. This is exciting. It is done for in home sessions also. After the photography poses are viewed using our viewing system for ordering purposes. You need to come prepared with a tentative list of sizes and images needed. In reality you may not know this until the viewing but at least it will be something to think about now.

 

PREVIEW MAGAZINE

This is a 'portrait magazine' of all images. Larger families or those with various groupings often choose this option. Other magazines may be ordered as well. This is your personal book (choose up three lines of title for the cover) to show friends, relatives and you can show off your favorites at work. It is very durable, relatively inexpensive and an awesome keepsake. Delivery time is about 14 business days.
